Uluwatu Beach is the famous tourist destination in Bali Island many visited by tourists especially in the afternoon to see the spectacular sunset with the backdrop of a Hindu Temple set on the cliff bank. Name of Uluwatu itself is derived from the location where the temple is situated where it set in the amazing cliff with deep beach under it. Uluwatu Temple is the oldest temple in Bali that is blessed by the breathtaking view to the Indian Ocean. Uluwatu Beach is located deep under the cliff bank featured by the great and fast waves that make it as one of the best surf points in the island of paradise. The waves are great, fast, powerful and barrel that force every surfer to use their top skill to enjoy the surf adventures here. It is the most favorite surf points for pro-surfers to execute their surf style on waves hence this place is many visited by surfers from foreign countries including local surfers.

This is, without doubt, one of Bali’s most spectacular beaches. Cliff backed, the multiple surf breaks make this one of the most famous of Bali’s waves, but with a multitude of bars and warungs built into the cliff, this is also one of the best for just taking in the scene.

255129_15112308440037942419The beach can be reached by two separate spurs of Jalan Pantai Suluban, each of which terminates at one end or the other of the staircases that weave their way down, rabbit-warren like, eventually doubling back on themselves, threading under an enormous rock ledge and opening out into an amphitheatre of luminescent turquoise waters and gleaming white cliffs. This is an incredible and magically beautiful place.
